Probably the hardest I've worked on anything.... I.HATE.CLOUDS D:<
It gave me an excuse to draw her beautiful oc <3 and to try for prizes but there are too many amazing entries, I probably won't place
but I finally got to draw her 
ps, I made the cloud on her head a bow, hope you don't mind >.<
